This coffee is decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process which involves sourcing natural mountain water from Pico De Orizaba (one of the largest mountains in Mexico). The coffee is soaked and washed in clean water numerous times and then the water is passed through a caffeine filter before being re-introduced to the coffee. This natural process leaves a full flavoured coffee without any chemical residue.

Such a great decaf! One of my absolute favs!
My husband came across Moonshine while looking for storage canisters and selected a small bag of their decaf to try when ordering. It was so smooth and delicious we immediately went online after our first sip and ordered a 1KG bag. We did have a slight manufacturing issue with our bags seal (it arrived open in the box) but one quick email to their team and within 24hrs a brand new bag was on it's way to us for no extra charge!
