We want you to love your Moonshine!
If you're unhappy with what you've received, simply contact us within 30 days of receipt.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, unworn, unopened) and you need proof of purchase.
To start a return, send us an email at info@moonshinecoffee.com.au outlining what you're returning and why. We will then assess the situation and come back to you with the best resolution.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We can't accept returns on used items, or opened food/ drink packaging. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
