Using our signature blend Moon Runner, expect a toffee sweetness with dark chocolate and citrus on the finish. Add milk and it’s smooth, sweet with a balanced flavours of malt, caramel and soft fruits.

Recipe
HOW TO BREW

Tear open the top of the drip bag.

Hang the arms over your cup and gently shake to level the coffee.

Pour 200ml of hot water at 92–96°C slowly over the coffee.

Take your time — aim for a total pour of around 1½ minutes.

Remove the drip bag and enjoy.

Adding milk?
Use around 150ml of water, then add milk to taste for a richer, balanced cup.

What is the shelf life of your Drip bags?
The Moon Runner that goes in to each drip bags is freshly roasted and pre-ground before being sealed in a nitrogen flushed, airtight packaging to maintain freshness. This means our drip bags are good to go with a shelf life of up to 12mths if stored correctly (in a cool, dark place)
