- 60ml Coffee Cherry Shine Whisky
- 25ml lemon juice
- 25ml sugar syrup
- 1 egg white*
* For our vegan friends, you can easily replace the egg white for aquafaba; the liquid found in your can of chickpeas
How To Make It
- Pour all your ingredients into your cocktail shaker
- Shake it all up until frothy (without ice)
- Add in a handful of ice
- Shake, shake, shake all over again
- Pour into your favourite tumbler using a strainer to keep the ice out
- Add a dash of bitters (optional)
- For extra pizazz, garnish with some dehydrated citrus
